A Go-to-Market Blueprint for a Concierge Pediatric Practice
Go-to-Market • Channel Strategy • Budget Planning • Vendor Selection

At a glance. Client: a new concierge pediatric practice in a major metro market (anonymized). Deliverables: go-to-market blueprint, channel mix, budget guidance, and vendor selection. Outcome: the practice launched and is serving families today.
The Challenge
Concierge medicine asks parents to pay for access and attention they usually can't evaluate until after they join. A new practice has to earn that trust before it has patients or reviews to point to.
What We Did
I built the go-to-market plan: who the practice should reach first, the channel mix and budget guidance to reach them, and selection criteria for the vendors who would execute it. The plan was designed around high-intent demand, meaning parents already searching for a different kind of pediatric care.
Where It Stands
The practice is open and serving families today. It runs on a membership model with a dedicated patient app, guaranteed same-day appointments, on-site psychology and sleep support, and a cap of 250 families per location to protect access.
What It Means
A premium local practice can't afford to buy awareness broadly. Starting with the families already looking, and choosing vendors against a clear plan, keeps a launch budget working.
