Fractional CMO for a B2B Corporate Training Company
Fractional CMO • B2B Demand Generation • Paid Media • Website Relaunch

At a glance. Client: a B2B corporate training company (anonymized). Role: fractional CMO. Scope: marketing strategy and planning, budget and media spend, a website relaunch, Meta and Google campaigns, an email funnel and lead magnet, corporate prospect lists, and sales support.
The Challenge
Selling corporate training means reaching directors, VPs, and C-level executives who own productivity and decision quality. It's a hard audience to reach and a long sales cycle. The company had a distinctive, research-backed program and a well-known founder, but no consistent system for turning attention into qualified sales meetings.
What We Did
As fractional CMO, I ran the marketing function. That included strategy and planning, the budget and media spend, a website relaunch, Meta and Google campaigns with weekly performance reporting, a five-step email sequence built around a lead magnet, a targeted list of corporate decision-makers, and the hiring plan for a sales appointment setter to turn leads into meetings.
What It Means
B2B demand generation for a niche, high-consideration service only works when the whole system works together: positioning, paid media, email, and sales follow-up. A fractional CMO gives a founder-led company that full system without the cost of a full-time executive.
