AUDIENCES MAPPED

At a glance. Client: an AI dental software company (anonymized). Methods: primary voice-of-customer research with implant dentists. Deliverables: repositioned messaging, updated copy, a creative brief, and a persona-specific plan spanning implant dentists, periodontists, orthodontists, general dentists, and patients.

The Challenge

AI software in clinical settings faces a skeptical buyer. Dentists want to know what a tool changes in their actual workflow, and technical claims about the model don't answer that. The company's messaging described the technology well and the clinical value poorly.

Research and Diagnosis

I interviewed implant dentists about how they currently made decisions, what they thought of AI tools, and how they would realistically use this one in practice. Their language and objections became the raw material for the repositioning.

What We Did

I translated the findings into new positioning, revised copy, and a creative brief, then built a persona-specific plan so each clinical audience, along with patients, heard the value in its own terms.

What It Means

When the buyer is an expert, the fastest way to credible messaging is to let experts write it, through market research. Clinician language persuades clinicians.
